ServiceStar IVR (Interactive Voice Response) System is a quick way to get up-to-date information 24/7/365 on any monitored point, without the need of access to the web. An user can either by speech (great for hands-free environments) or touch tone easily navigate to needed measurement point information. The IVR System can retrieve Real Time, Daily Volumes, and Alarm Threshold data. The user can also hear Current Alarms and acknowledge them without connecting to a ServiceStar application. A demand poll option exists, so that the current data can be requested from any location; this is very handy when a technician is out at a monitoring point making adjustments, he can call the IVR system and quickly active a demand poll, so any changes are updated immediately.<\p>
