 Envoy Maintenance Management System allows the user to initiate work order tickets that direct technicians to meters and communication issues. The system is used aggressively by both the customer and the ServiceStar Technical Team. It also gives the user and ServiceStar the ability to track work orders, and target closure of open tickets. |

 Trend Manager allows the user to drill down and retrieve all the data required for full trending requirements. The trends can use many different Data Elements (Flow, DP.,Pres. Etc..), over long periods of time, which include hourly, and daily averages. Full Compressor Runtime Charts are included for quick evaluation of critical downtime performance and plunger analysis for optimization.

 Alarm Manager allows the user to identify alarm methods on each well/meter for notification of downtime, loss of flow, high tank alarms, compressor alarms, etc.
The Alarm tools, allow user to configure groups, individuals, emails, and faxes to receive the Alarms. Other features include history of alarms, alarm callouts, and current alarms.
