The ServiceStar model allows our customers to receive a full remote monitoring solution, without purchasing SCADA software, or field equipment. This allows customers with as low as 1 EFM (Electronic Flow Meter) to have the opportunity to optimize their field by viewing daily data, receive alarm and downtime notification, and implement remote control.
