Trained Technicians
ServiceStar offers a staff of qualified trained technicians available 24 hours a day and 7 days a week. Each technician is trained on a variety of products to insure the ability of supporting all aspects of the ServiceStar products and network. ServiceStar is in continuous researching and developing in order to remain knowledgeable on new products and solutions.

 

Certification Training
ServiceStar Technicians receive annual certification training on the products used on the ServiceStar system. This allows ServiceStar to utilize the best technology and standards to maintain the reliability required for this industry. Over 30 Technicians receive this training which covers measurement, communications, automation, and installation.

 

Maintenance Contracts
ServiceStar maintenance contracts are included in the lease program. There are no hidden costs or additional annual fees on the lease agreement. Our customers can choose to purchase portions of the automation installed in the field, and we will support the hardware with a time and material competitive rate.
