ServiceStar uses a wide array of communications equipment to meet the needs of our system and our customers. With the largest coverage of radio towers in the energy industry, we are able to maintain one of the lowest cost communication solutions for a remote monitoring company.

Radio communications typically involves studies, designing networks, and large installation costs. With a large network of installed field equipment on an existing 221 ServiceStar radio towers, we are able to utilize the existing radio solutions for our customers, without them worrying about these upfront fees. Although, the network costs were covered by ServiceStar, the network costs are spread out over many sites, embedded in the monthly fee, thus minimizing the cost burden on any individual company.

Alternative forms of communications, such as GSM, CDMA, Satellite, and other technologies are available to our customers if required. These communication alternatives are ideal in areas that are limited in radio coverage, and radio is not a good initial choice.
